Unplanned event: Eugene POP, 2018-08-25 11:05

NERO power systems in the data center were affected by this event. While
troubleshooting power, the redundant path was lost to a customer facing
device.

This impacted service to some Eugene customers between 13:44 and 13:51.

Power issues have been resolved at this time.

A backend storage systems for data collection was completely lost.  NERO staff
are working on restoring this system, but the ETA is unknown and is likely extended.
