Degraded performance: South bound transit, ongoing

After investigating irregularities in traffic changes, we discovered
that the transit provider for the north-bound path is not accepting some
of NERO's routes.  This includes traffic to OSU and UO.  We have engaged
the provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.  Thank you for
your patience.
