Unplanned outage: DDoS impacted Hermiston customers, 2015-01-08 13:40-13:50

NERO experienced another DDoS against a customer in Hermiston today between 13:40 and 13:50.  NERO staff quickly identified the attack and took steps to mitigate it.  Customers connected to the Hermiston hub would have experienced interruption in reachability to remote sites.  NERO continues to work with the impacted customer.
