Degraded performance: Corvallis hub, 2013-11-27 09:50 - 10:02

There was a brief spike in traffic that impacted customers connected to
NERO's Corvallis hub between 09:50 and 10:02.  Service returned to
normal after the incident.  Impacted customers would have experienced
slow internet connectivity or a brief interruption trying to reach some
sites.  We are working with the customers involved in the incident to
better characterize the traffic and what can be done to remediate.
