Unplanned outage: Medford Hub Customers, 6/4/2009, 0031-0112, 0242-0245

Update: The system was repaired to its previous state earlier this 
morning and it is currently operating at full capacity and stability. 
The upgrade failure is being analysed by the equipment vendor and 
further upgrade plans will be announced in advance.
