Unplanned outage: Pendleton Hub power outage and equipment failure, 12/3/2007, 1950-2330

NERO experienced a power outage and a subsequent equipment failure in our
Pendleton Hub this evening starting at 1950 and returning to full service at
2330.  The long delay in return to service was caused by corrupted flash devices
on the main Hub router.
