Emergency Maintenance Notice: Juniper router vulnerability may require emergency maintenance

With the information we have available at this time NERO _WILL_ be
performing emergency maintenance tomorrow morning, 1/27/2005, between
0400 and 0600 to resolve the exposure to this vulnerability.
