Unplanned outage: Level3 provider problems, 0928-0935, 4/11/2005

NERO's connection to Level3 went down at 0928 and returned to operation
around 0935.  Normal traffic patterns are continuing to resume as the
routing converges in the rest of the Internet so the actual impact may
have been felt for 20-30 minutes.

We are awaiting a response from Level3 as to the reason for the outage
(RFO) and will continue to monitor this closely.
