Unplanned outage: Level3 outage in Seattle

NERO's Level3 connection went down at approximately 20:56.  Our Level3
connection was restored at 22:23, after a Level3 field tech was able to
regain control of the router.  Level3 is presently investigating the
cause of the outage.

NERO customers may have seen some disruption of traffic during the
outage.  Traffic should be restored to normal now.
