Planned Maintenance: Level3 Transit circuit migration, 3/22/2010, 0400-0600

NERO will be working with Level3 to migrate one of the NERO Transit
circuits onto an upgraded router platform in the Level3 Seattle POP
during the next regularly scheduled maintenance window on Monday, March
22, 2010 between 0400-0600.

Traffic will be re-routed during the maintenance to minimize impact.
