Degraded performance: DNS problems with oregon.gov and state.or.us

DNS resolution for state.or.us and oregon.gov domains is presently
suffering degraded performance.  Customers who experience this will have
intermittent problems trying to visit state.or.us and oregon.gov
websites, sending email, and other services while attempting to resolve
the DNS names.  DAS SDC is aware of the issue is working to resolve the
problem.
