Unplanned outage: All Baker City MetroEthernet connected Customers, 1/13/2010, 1336-TBD

The provider has isolated the problem to an unintended side effect
during provisioning that created a loop in the ethernet transport.  This
resulted in a subsequent broadcast storm and congestion on the link.
They are currently evaluating the best methods to make sure this does
not recur.

Traffic should continue to be stable going forward.
