Follow up maintenance by Bend hub backbone link provider, 2009-10-16 02:00-03:00

There are some lingering issues following this morning's maintenance.
Bend Broadband will perform maintenance between 02:00 and 03:00, Friday
October 16, to address these issues.  There will be a short traffic hit
while changes are applied.
