Unplanned outage: Pendleton Hub linecard failure, 5/17/2009, 1417-TBA

The Customer Aggregation Router in the Pendleton Hub has suffered a 
linecard failure on the interface serving Blue Mountain Community 
College's Pendleton Campus and Umatilla-Morrow ESD's Pendleton 
connection.  UMESD is redundantly connected so service will continue 
while repairs are performed.  Unfortunately, BMCC's Pendleton connection 
will continue to be down until it is repaired.

We expect to have repairs made around 12am 5/18/2009 or before as 
hardware will need to be delivered.
