Planned Maintenance: Malheur ESD Circuit Maintenance, 6/24/2009, 0700-0730

Due to complications with Integra's internal scheduling and processes 
this maintenance did not happen and will need to be rescheduled.  We'll 
advise at a later date and schedule in advance with an earlier start time.
