Planned Maintenance: Pendleton Hub upgrade, 6/28/2009, 0500-0600

NERO will be upgrading the routing equipment in the Pendleton Hub at the 
  Umatilla-Morrow ESD on Sunday, June 28, between 0500-0600.  This 
upgrade will expand the capabilities for future capacity needs.  The 
installation will disrupt customer traffic for 10-15 minutes while 
connections are moved to the new equipment and brought online.
