NERO will be upgrading one of the Customer Aggregation Routers in the
Eugene Hub during the next regularly scheduled maintenance window on
July 27, 2009, between 0400-0600.  Traffic will be disrupted for 10-15
minutes during the window while the new router and switch connections
are moved and brought into production.

This upgrade will affect the following customers:

University of Oregon
State of Oregon - Eugene connections
