Planned Maintenance: Medford Hub Router Hardware Upgrade, 1/9/2009, 0400-0600

NERO will be upgrading customer aggregation router hardware in the
Medford Hub on Friday morning January 9, 2009 between 0400-0600.  This
upgrade will completely replace the hardware in the Hub to a new
platform to meet expected traffic and service demands.  Traffic is
expected to be impacted for only 5-10minutes during the window and all
customers connected in Medford will be affected.
