Unplanned outage: Bend Hub Backbone circuit, 2/19/2009, 1905-1915

The NERO backbone circuit to the Bend Hub experienced an outage between
1905 and 1915 this evening, February 19, 2009.  All traffic is currently
flowing normally but we are investigating the outage with the circuit
provider.
