Planned Maintenance: Transit Provider BGP changes, 12/28/2009, 0300-0600

NERO will be modifying BGP configuration with two transit provider
connections in Eugene and Portland during the next regularly scheduled
maintenance window on Monday, December 28, 2009 between 0300-0600.

These changes will balance traffic more evenly and provide for more
control over traffic distribution in the future.
