Emergency Maintenance: WilTel circuit repair/regroom, 12/22/2009, 0000-0100

NERO will be working with WilTel/Level3 to repair and reprovision the
GigE circuit in Eugene to fix a transport issue that came to light
during the DDoS attack last week.  This Emergency Maintenance will be
performed this evening between 0000 and 0100 on 12/22/2009.

Traffic will be migrated away from the circuit before the work so the
actual traffic impact will be minimized.

My apologies for the late notice - the issue was just located late this
evening.
