NERO will be working with Benton County to relocate a metro fiber path
in Corvallis to a new location on December 12, 2009 between 0000 and
0400.  This will affect the NERO Optical Backbone between Corvallis and
Portland for most of the maintenance window.

All traffic in this path is protected by alternate paths and traffic
will be migrated at the beginning of the window to reduce impact.
