Planned Maintenance: Pittock Hub Customer Aggregation Router hardware change, 12/7/2009, 0400-0600

NERO will be changing the hardware of one of the Customer Aggregation
Routers (ptck-car2-gw) in the Pittock Hub during the next regularly
scheduled maintenance window December 7, 2009 between 0400-0600.

This upgrade will move customer connections onto a new router platform
to provide longer term capacity upgrades and continued stability.  The
change involves moving many circuits and connections but will be staged
to minimize the overall impact to individual customers.

The following customers will be affected:

BMCC Boardman Campus
Malheur ESD
North Lake School District
Oregon Executive MBA
Oregon Natural Heritage Program
OSU Research and Extension Offices
   - all sites connected to Pittock via Frame Relay
   - all sites connected via Ontario Hub
OUS Salem Office
UO CFC/Project Alliance
WOU Remote Offices
