NERO has been notified of a circuit groom on our Level3 Transit circuit
to occur during the next regularly scheduled maintenance window on
Monday, August 17, 2009 between 0300-0600.

We will migrate traffic to redundant circuits before the actual
maintenance to reduce impact to operational traffic.
