Unplanned outage: Portland ATM and Frame Relay circuits down, 4/21/2009, 0812-TBD

NERO is currently experiencing an outage on all ATM and Frame Relay
connections originating from Portland.  We have a ticket open with Qwest
but do not have an outage reason nor ETR.  More to come when we have
additional information.
