Planned Maintenance: Core router IOS upgrade, 10/6/2008, 0400-0600

NERO will be upgrading IOS on all NERO Core routers during the next
regularly scheduled maintenance window October 6, 2008 between 0400-0600.

This upgrade will resolve a bug from the current IOS we have been
working around since August.  Upgrades will be performed to minimize
impact to operational traffic as much as possible.
