Unplanned outage: Pendleton ethernet customer interface, 5/16/2008, 0715-0750

NERO experienced a reset on the linecard serving all ethernet connected 
customers in the Pendleton Hub this morning, May 16, 2008.  Traffic was 
affected between 0715 and 0750 until the linecard was reset again to 
clean up the state.

All traffic appears to have returned to normal at this time.
