Unplanned outage: La Grande and Klamath Falls Hubs, 5/7/2008, 0600-0625

NERO experienced another short outage causing traffic to both the La 
Grande and Klamath Falls Hubs to dropped this morning, 5/7/2008, between 
0600 and 0625.  This outage was caused by a malfunction in a module on 
the core router connecting the OC3c circuits to each Hub.  The module 
was reset and traffic is back to normal now.  We do not expect another 
recurrence of this problem but will continue investigating with the 
vendor for a permanent fix.
