Unplanned outage: Anomaly on core router affected Klamath Falls, La Grande, and Pendleton, 20080311 06:45 - 07:55

A core router in Portland experienced an anomaly, starting around 06:45,
that affected two circuits that provide connectivity to Klamath Falls,
La Grande, and Pendleton. All sites are reachable as of 07:55. NERO is
presently investigating the cause of the issue and monitoring for any
possible recurrence.
