Unplanned outage: Bend Hub backbone circuit, 07/11/2008, 0058-0115

NERO experienced an outage on our backbone link to the NERO Bend Hub 
this morning, July 11, 2008, between 0058 and 0115.  The backbone link 
vendor is being contacted but no reason for the outage has been reported 
as of yet.  More information to follow as it becomes available.
