Unplanned outage: Medford hub backbone circuit 2008-08-21 15:58 - 16:08

NERO experienced an outage on our backbone link to the NERO Medford hub
this afternoon between 15:58 and 16:08.  The outage was due to a card
failure in the backbone link provider's equipment.  Customers in Medford
may have noticed a brief loss of connectivity before traffic switched
over to a backup path.
