Unplanned outage: Anomaly on core router affected Corvallis 20080805 0854 - 0904

[Stephen Fromm]

NERO experienced an anomaly on a core router at approximately 08:54,
affecting connectivity to all customers in Corvallis.  Service was
restored to all customers by 09:04.  NERO is investigating the cause of
the anomaly and monitoring for any recurrence.
