NERO experienced an anomaly on a core router at approximately 08:54,
affecting connectivity to all customers in Corvallis.  Service was
restored to all customers by 09:04.  NERO is investigating the cause of
the anomaly and monitoring for any recurrence.

NERO experienced an outage on our backbone link to the NERO Medford hub
this afternoon between 15:58 and 16:08.  The outage was due to a card
failure in the backbone link provider's equipment.  Customers in Medford
may have noticed a brief loss of connectivity before traffic switched
over to a backup path.

NERO received notice regarding maintenance on the Medford hub's backbone
circuit scheduled for Friday August 29, 00:00 - 02:00.  LS Networks will
replace a faulty card that caused a service disruption on Thursday
August 21.  Customers will experience a brief disruption as traffic
switches over to a backup path.
