Unplanned outage: Most Baker City locations, 4/8/2008, 1640-TBD

Most locations in Baker City are currently down due to a DS3 circuit 
failure.  We have notified the circuit provider and are awaiting more 
information regarding the situation.

Sites that are down include:

Baker County School District
BMCC, Baker City
Baker County Public Library
