Emergency Maintenance: EOU Hub router IOS upgrade, 9/14/2007, 0400-0600

NERO will be performing emergency maintenance to upgrade the IOS on the
EOU Hub router between 0400-0600 tomorrow morning, 9/14/2007.

This upgrade is needed to fix an ongoing and deteriorating problem for
customers connected via T1s in La Grande.  I apologize for the extremely
late notice.
