Unplanned outage: NERO core router exception and reload, 1624-1630, 9/06/2007

NERO experienced an exception and reload this afternoon on the primary 
Internet Transit router in Portland beginning around 1624 and lasting 
through about 1630.  Traffic has begun to return to normal now and we are 
beginning to investigate the root cause.  We will send additional 
information when we have it available.
