Planned Maintenance: Eugene to Medford Hub and Douglas ESD circuit maintenance, 11/2/2007, 0000-0200

NERO has received notice from LS Networks that they will be performing
maintenance on equipment that will affect both the NERO backbone circuit
between the Eugene and Medford Hubs as well as the circuit to Douglas
ESD.  The maintenance will occur on 11/2/2007 between 0000-0200.

This maintenance is expected to impact traffic for 15-20 minutes during
the window.  Traffic for customers connected to the Medford Hub will
reroute via the redundant circuit path through Klamath Falls.  Douglas
ESD, however, will be without connectivity during the maintenance period.
