Unplanned outage: loss of power in Eugene hub 20071115 13:50

NERO lost power to its routing and switching equipment in its Eugene hub
at 13:50 today.  This occurred while technicians were performing
electrical work that affected circuits feeding one of NERO's racks.
Power to NERO equipment was quickly restored.  Connectivity to all
customers attached to the Eugene hub was restored by 13:59.  We will
work on operational procedures to assure that this does not happen
again.
