Unplanned outage: Hunter Communications connection in Medford 20071106 1602-1618

NERO experienced an unplanned outage at its Medford hub.  The outage was
due to a failure on NERO's connection to Hunter.  The connection was
restored by 16:18.  Affected customers include SOU, SOPTV, and Southern
Oregon Research and Extension Center.  We are studying the cause of the
outage and will monitor for any recurrence.
