Unplanned outage: Eugene Hub power controller failure, 0608-0645, 11/05/2007

NERO experienced a severe outage in the Eugene Hub this morning,
11/05/2007, between 0608 and 0645.  An automatic transfer switch failed
during some planned power work in the U of O Switchroom which caused
critical network switches to lose power.  Power was initially restored
around 0625 however a lingering problem required another power cycle on
one customer aggregation switch at 0640.

Normal traffic returned around 0645.  If you are still experiencing
