Unplanned outage: Level3 fiber cut between Portland and Seattle, 0916-

A fiber cut between Portland and Seattle on the Level3 network occurred
around 0916 this morning.  The OC12 circuit is currently on a protect
path with very high latency so we are working to move traffic onto the
backup WilTel circuit.

When we hear the Level3 fiber cut has been repaired we will normalize
traffic.
