Unplanned outage: hardware failure at Eugene hub 20070618 16:00-16:30

One of NERO's customer-facing routers experienced a hardware failure
today around 16:00.  We switched to the back-up router around 16:30 and
traffic is back to normal.  We will work with the vendor to diagnose the
failure and perform repairs.

Customers affected by the outage include:  University of Oregon and the
State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services.
