Unplanned outage: route engine failure on ptck-car1-gw, 7/7/2007, 0835-0839

NERO experienced another route engine failure on a Juniper customer
aggregation router - this time on ptck-car1-gw.  Service to attached
customers would have been affected for a short period while the
redundant route engine took over between 0835 and 0839.
