Unplanned outage: Pendleton Hub 20070215 14:25

NERO is currently experiencing an outage at its Pendleton Hub.  The
outage is localized at Qwest's Pendleton CO and is impacting several
circuits in the area.  This outage affects all NERO customers that are
attached to the Pendleton Hub.
