Unplanned outage: Eugene Hub customer aggregation router engine switchover , 12/17/2007, 0957-1005

NERO experienced a router engine switchover on eugn-car1-gw this morning
 due to a primary router engine failure.  Traffic appears to have been
affected between 0957 and 1005 and is back to normal now.  We are
monitoring to make sure everything continues normal operation.
