Unplanned outage: Bend Hub hardware failure, 12/8/2007, 0022-0035

NERO experienced a linecard failure in the Bend Hub router this evening
that necessitated a reload to try and recover.  The reload occurred at
0022 and service restored around 0035.  The linecard is still failed but
carries management traffic only and we will work to replace it tomorrow
to return to full service.
