Planned Maintenance: Electrical work at the Pendleton hub, tonight 0000-0200

Intermountain Technology will be replacing their UPS in Pendleton
tonight between 00:00 and 02:00.  NERO's equipment, located in their
Pendleton hub, is fed by two independent power sources.  While
Intermountain Technology plans to stage the work such that there will be
at least one power feed available, it is possible that there will be an
outage lasting up to 15 minutes due to the electrical work.
