Unplanned outage: Pendleton Hub power outage, 20071204 1024-1030

NERO experienced a power outage in its Pendleton Hub this morning at
1024.  Power was quickly restored and connectivity appears to be back to
normal.  We are presently investigating the cause of the outage and any
measures necessary to resolve the matter.
