Planned Maintenance: cisco IOS upgrades at Multiple Hubs, 8/28/2006, 0400-0600

NERO will be upgrading the cisco IOS code on most cisco-based customer
aggregation routers during the next regularly scheduled maintenance
window on Monday, August 28, 2006 between 0400-0600.

This maintenance will affect nearly all customers.  Each affected
customer connection will experience a single traffic disruption of 2-5
minutes during the maintenance window while the router reloads and
stabilizes.
