OCATE Friday Lectures

          As a COE/IS/NERO/HP experiment, we have set up a digital
          video connection from OCATE to the COE conference room via
          NERO; from COE/IS to HP Corvallis over the HOSE.


          Starting this Friday, and for the 3 subsequent Fridays if
          all goes well, we will be carrying the OCATE free lecture
          series that takes place from 3-5 PM.  Information about the

          present "Speech-as-Data:  Extracting useful Information from
          Everyday Speech"
